Scott Chiou is a managing partner of Two Roads Consulting, bringing more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational change. Scott brings a steady and strategic hand to high-stakes transformations, guiding organizations through everything from operating model overhauls, enterprise cloud strategies, and mergers.

Before founding Two Roads, Scott led major engagements at Booz & Company in its IT strategy practice and served as Director of IT for a leading enterprise identity management firm. He is known for structuring transformation initiatives that move beyond theoretical design to deliver tangible, enterprise-wide outcomes.
Scott’s consulting work spans multiple industries, with a focus on automotive, healthcare, aviation, education, and utilities. His leadership has shaped $100M+ transformation initiatives, reimagined cloud and data infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies, and helped clients prioritize investments with rigor and intention.
Scott holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College.
