He brings deep expertise in IT strategy, operating model and organizational design, workforce strategy, and investment prioritization and governance—built across roles in both consulting and enterprise environments.

Denton has led complex transformation efforts across education, transportation, energy, healthcare, and financial services, helping clients prioritize investments, align technology with business goals, and unlock cross-functional productivity. Known for his pragmatic leadership and analytical rigor, he has advised senior executives on digital strategy, business case development, and enterprise IT renewal programs, and is frequently engaged to lead market scans, due diligence efforts, and stakeholder alignment initiatives that drive innovation and lasting change.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a biotech emphasis from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Information Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
