Kelly Purdom is a partner at Two Roads, where she helps organizations align business and technology strategy to drive enterprise-scale transformation. With a background that spans transportation, energy, supply chain, and retail, she brings deep expertise in IT strategy, operating model design, senior leadership advisory services, and program value assurance.

Kelly has led complex initiatives, including the launch of a digital workplace program for 50,000 employees at a major airline, large-scale agile transformations, the development of a strategic capability roadmap to align enterprise programs with corporate strategy, and the implementation of a new Integrated Delivery function for a Fortune 200 company. Her work also includes guiding cloud transformation programs, modernizing data center infrastructure, and optimizing business-facing IT organizations through scalable training and engagement models.

Known for her clarity, composure, and people-oriented leadership, Kelly plays a critical role in helping clients make confident, future-facing decisions. She also leads Two Roads’ internal functions focused on employee development and delivery excellence. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
