With deep expertise in change management, workforce transformation, and employee experience, she thrives on building connections, fostering growth, and enabling the success of those around her.

Gable is known for her charismatic and collaborative leadership, as well as her ability to rally the firm around new ideas. As the firm has grown, her role has evolved—but her high-energy, people-first approach remains constant. Whether serving clients or championing internal initiatives, Gable brings the same focus and care to every interaction.

She formally oversees Marketing, Firm Operations & Events, DE&I, and Culture & Connectivity. She also leads many of Two Roads’ external networking and community involvement efforts, with a particular passion for building community service partnerships. Her fingerprints are all over the firm’s connection between fun and professional—bringing energy, creativity, and a sense of celebration to every experience she touches.
