The Center for Integrative Counseling and Psychology is expanding access to mental health care across Dallas and North Texas. Through its PACT program, the Center brings counseling directly into communities, supporting individuals and families in need.

To scale its impact, the Center partnered with Two Roads to develop tools for managing and forecasting program performance, modeling scenarios to maximize utilization, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality care.
