This is the firm’s fourth year in a row achieving this recognition. The rankings are tabulated by Quantum Workplace, based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and other factors.
The Dallas Business Journal Best Places to Work Awards are an annual celebration of the North Texas companies that received the highest scores and this is the 22nd year of the program. There are 103 companies that have been recognized this year.
