DALLAS – October 26, 2022 – Two Roads Consulting, a local Dallas-based management consulting firm, has been recognized as a 2022 Best Place to Work by the Dallas Business Journal. This is the second year in a row that Two Roads has been honored by these awards, further validating the investment the consulting firm has made into building a collaborative, creative and fun team culture.
The Dallas Business Journal 2022 Best Places to Work Awards are an annual celebration of the 100 North Texas companies that are going above and beyond in creating an enjoyable workplace environment and culture for their employees. Two Roads was one of 20 companies in the Micro category (10-24 employees) recognized by the Dallas Business Journal at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel on Oct. 20.

Organizations selected as a Best Place to Work had the highest scores in their size category based on an anonymous, voluntary employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Two Roads scored a 96.14 out of 100, with 100 being the best possible score. The survey also highlighted that 100% of our employees are highly engaged and believe that the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.
“It took thousands of small decisions to prioritize the humanity of our employees,” said Newham. “Those decisions eventually became a habit, which then grew into a culture that has taken on a life of its own as our next generation of leaders has assumed responsibility.
