Two Roads Consulting has been named one of the top ten Best Places to Work by Dallas Business Journal in the “small” company category. This is the third consecutive year that Two Roads has been recognized as a Best Place to Work, validating the continuous effort by firm leadership to ensure employees feel valued and fulfilled.

The Dallas Business Journal 2023 Best Places to Work Awards are an annual celebration of the 100 North Texas companies that received the highest scores in their size category based on an anonymous, voluntary employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Two Roads was one of 35 companies in the Small category (25-49 employees) recognized by the Dallas Business Journal at The Statler hotel in Dallas on Oct. 19.
In 2023, Two Roads Consulting has been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, by Consulting Magazine as both a Best Firm to Work For and a Women Leader in Consulting and by D CEO as a finalist for their Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship awards.
