Two Roads Consulting was named a top three finalist in the 2023 D CEO Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards for their pro bono consulting services with Oak Hill Academy of Dallas. Two Roads has made giving back to the North Texas community a core aspect of their business and is committed to supporting organizations that do good for the community they live and work in.
Two Roads was recognized by D CEO in the In-Kind Services Supporter category for their pro bono partnership with Oak Hill Academy of Dallas, a private school that offers hands-on, project-based learning for pre-K through high school students with learning differences. The pro bono services resulted in alignment between the school board and leadership team on a new mission and vision statement, a five-year strategic plan for campus and program expansion opportunities and a roadmap to turning these goals into actionable initiatives.
Seth Plunk, a partner at Two Roads, joined the board at Oak Hill Academy to serve in a more impactful advisory role as the school continues to execute the strategic goals.

The D CEO Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards, presented in partnership with Communities Foundation of Texas, celebrate the depth and strength of the nonprofit community in North Texas and their deep engagement with the companies that support them. Nearly 550 organizations were nominated this year, of which 125 were selected as finalists and recognized at an award ceremony on July 20.
