Previously, James served as Vice President of Sales at Resolve Tech Solutions, where he led business development in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at AustinCSI (now part of Cognizant), guiding major accounts through initiatives spanning strategy, execution, and client delivery.

James also brings deep enterprise experience from roles at Bank of America, McKesson, and American Airlines. There, he led internal technology and transformation programs—including application modernization, M&A integration, network overhauls, and global collaboration rollouts—that aligned IT innovation directly with business outcomes.
