Kevin graduated from Rice University in 2001 with a dual degree in Computer Science and Psychology, then began his career in software development. He transitioned into management consulting after earning his MBA from the University of Texas McCombs in 2009.
His project work is diverse, including driving analytics-enabled trade promotion planning for large consumer brands, operating model design, technology platform assessments, monetizing information assets, commercializing new products and service offerings, and more. He has directly supported senior business and IT leadership in driving many large programs and transformation initiatives.
Most recently, Kevin has been focused on the automotive sector, helping companies evolve their digital retail capabilities and expand their digital product portfolios to dealers and customers, on both the OEM and captive finance sides.
Kevin is known for his thoughtful, collaborative leadership and his ability to bring clarity and simplicity to complex topics. He thrives at the intersection of business process, data, and technology, helping clients create practical roadmaps that deliver lasting impact.
