Sheerin is a senior associate at Two Roads who joined the team as an associate more than three years ago. Less than a year after joining Two Roads, Sheerin earned a promotion to a senior associate role.

Dom has grown into a key leader at Two Roads, first joining the team as an associate in 2017 soon after the firm opened its doors. He briefly explored working for a larger management consulting firm but found his way back to Two Roads in 2023.
Dom’s career journey is a boomerang story that has taken him to more than 60 cities in 14 countries. After being on the road 185 nights a year and yearning to be more grounded at his home base in DFW, Dom rejoined the firm because of its strong culture, focus on people, and growth trajectory.
Dom’s leadership and mentorship have supported the firm’s growth and talent development. Since rejoining the firm, Dom has led successful transformations, helping organizations across DFW solve complex business challenges. He serves as a thought leader for the firm, participating in external events to showcase the firm’s expertise, share key learnings, and develop the next generation of management consultants. Most recently, he was invited to present at the Business Today 2024 International Conference at Princeton University where he shared insight into how leading with respect, communication, and confidence have carried him forward throughout his career.
