Seth Plunk is a partner at Two Roads with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations develop IT strategies that enable operational efficiency, cost transformation, and long-term growth. He brings a strong mix of consulting expertise and technical background, having worked across healthcare, transportation, financial services, automotive, and retail industries.

Before joining Two Roads, Seth held consulting roles at Booz & Company (now Strategy&), where he focused on large-scale merger integrations, customer-centric transformation, and IT enablement. He began his career in IT and product management, which gives him a hands-on understanding of the technologies that drive business value.

Seth is known for his structured thinking, collaborative leadership, and ability to connect strategic goals to practical execution. His project work includes standing up demand management and investment governance functions, developing workforce strategies grounded in functional benchmarks, and leading visioning efforts to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps. Across all efforts, Seth brings structure to complexity, ensuring initiatives are aligned, measurable, and built to scale.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where he focused on strategy, finance, and organizational behavior. He currently serves on the board of Oak Hill Academy in Dallas, a role that reflects his commitment to community and inclusive education.
