Eric Krchnak

Eric Krchnak is a partner at Two Roads with more than 25 years of experience guiding complex technology and business transformation initiatives. He brings deep expertise in program leadership, IT strategy, large-scale program delivery, operating model design, and technology enablement across industries.

Eric has led multi-year transformation programs that span technology implementation, process improvement, change management, and organizational design. His recent work includes structuring and leading enterprise programs, such as enabling CCPA compliance for a major auto manufacturer, redesigning analytics organizations, and leading software implementation efforts across industries. He has also guided clients through large-scale process improvement initiatives and analytics engagements that translate complex data into actionable insights.

Before joining Two Roads, Eric held roles at Credera, Kalypso, and Grant Thornton, where he built trusted partnerships with senior executives and led multidisciplinary teams through complex change. He holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and an MBA from SMU.
