Approach
Our team plugged in during the planning phase to help create clear communication channels and governance so that information sharing, collaboration, and decision-making could be more efficient across a widely distributed program. We earned the trust of key leaders and were activated as project ambassadors to enable information flow across the various stakeholder groups, for greater reach and efficiency.
We also partnered with the client on the strategic assessment, planning, and data preparation phases. Working closely with the internal program teams, we evaluated legacy systems, data architecture, and dependencies, identifying potential risks and resource requirements to identify areas for optimization. By aligning the team on the program structure, our client was able to implement a streamlined program management process and improve vendor and financial management disciplines.
This resulted in increased team productivity, effective financial governance, better visibility of key business insights, and more timely resolution of issues. The comprehensive roadmap from this work helped provide a clear path forward for the future.
